社宅建築體作為現代城市聚落的最小單位，不只是蒼白的政策，也並非只是回應當代特定族群的需求，實際上揭示的是關乎整座城市的未來。

在現代城市中，有別於過去人類文明的聚落發展模式，在實體維度的空間與時間裡，互不相識的我們是否準備好一起空降在一個個新的垂直聚落？城市與人的關係如何因為這樣快速的變化而因應、調節？「未來學家」作為面對未來城市的準備，向未來探究、同時向過去學習，城市正是人類世界的縮影，我們是否可以以寓言的方式對城市政策的未來進行一種奇觀式的幻想？直面這近未來的預言……

關於城市的天際線，什麼還在，什麼消失了？What remains and what disappears when it comes to the city's skyline？

在高密度發展的都市生活中，建築一棟又一棟向上堆疊，逐漸壓縮了人與天空的距離。尤其是在社會住宅這樣實用優先的空間結構裡，城市的天際線往往被圍牆、欄杆與鄰近的高樓遮蔽，使我們忘記了仰望與遠眺的感覺。

本次作品以「天際線」為出發點，思考未來城市生活中，人與視野、開闊與擁擠的關係。我希望透過一個安置於社宅頂樓的觀景台，邀請觀眾站上高出地面約一公尺的平台，越過原有的視覺遮蔽，重新與城市的天際線相遇。

走上天臺作為一個觀看的動作，身體上的微小移動帶來視角的改變。當人們從被侷限的水平視野中暫時跳脫，城市將不再只是壓迫感的集合體，而可能轉化為開放、流動與想像的場域。

In the high-density context of modern urban life, buildings rise one after another, gradually compressing the space between people and sky. Particularly in utilitarian environments like social housing, the city’s skyline is often obscured by walls, railings, and neighboring high-rises—leading us to forget the experience of looking up and gazing into the distance.

This project takes the “skyline” as its point of departure, exploring the relationship between people and their field of view—between openness and congestion in future urban living. Through a rooftop observation platform installed on a social housing building, I invite participants to stand on a platform about one meter above the roof level, surpass the existing visual barrier, and reconnect with the city skyline.

The act of ascending this “Rooftop” becomes a performative gesture: even a slight bodily shift brings a change in perspective. Stepping beyond the confined horizontal view, the city ceases to feel oppressive; instead, it transforms into a space of openness, flow, and imagination.


石孟鑫 Shih Meng-Hsin1995 出生於 台灣，台中

目前工作生活於台北，擅長運用日常物件透過雕塑與裝置形式，透過拼裝、變形營造出既熟悉又陌生的視覺語言，強調空間與物件的對話。觀察城市中被忽略的廢棄或邊陲物件，賦予它們新的語境與視覺張力，同時引導觀者深思空間中隱匿的情緒與記憶。
