社宅建築體作為現代城市聚落的最小單位,不只是蒼白的政策,也並非只是回應當代特定族群的需求,實際上揭示的是關乎整座城市的未來。

在現代城市中,有別於過去人類文明的聚落發展模式,在實體維度的空間與時間裡,互不相識的我們是否準備好一起空降在一個個新的垂直聚落?城市與人的關係如何因為這樣快速的變化而因應、調節?「未來學家」作為面對未來城市的準備,向未來探究、同時向過去學習,城市正是人類世界的縮影,我們是否可以以寓言的方式對城市政策的未來進行一種奇觀式的幻想?直面這近未來的預言…

不同時空下的「社宅」出現三組住戶,第一組,白雪公主剛結束一段婚姻關係,即將帶著小孩搬入社宅,期待社宅的便宜租金能讓他暫時得到喘息;而同一時間,另一對單親媽媽面臨著社宅12年租約期滿即將搬家,但對於未來生活、甚至過往創傷,他都來不及準備好。

如果在未來,當買房成為遙不可及的夢想,社宅成為社會最好的選擇,城市裡的每個人都過著每三年搬遷一次,換下一個社宅居住的生活,搬家成為人們在社會制度下的一種習慣與生活模式。那麼家會變成什麼樣子?

In different timelines, three groups of residents appear in the same public housing unit:

First, Snow White, having just ended a marriage, is about to move into public housing with her child. She hopes that the affordable rent will offer her a moment of relief and stability during this transition in life.

Meanwhile, at the same time, another single mother is facing the end of her 12-year public housing lease. She must prepare to move out, but she has had no time to process her past pain — or to prepare for what comes next.

What if, in the future, when buying a home has become an unreachable dream, public housing stands as society’s best option? In this reality, everyone in the city lives a life of perpetual relocation — moving every three years from one unit to another. Moving becomes not just routine, but a way of life shaped by the very structure of the system.So then — what will “home” become?

A theater company based in Taichung, established in 2019, positions itself as a "cultural translator," believing that only by embracing cultural contexts can the new era respond appropriately. The theater becomes an indispensable medium for conveying cultural stories.

With the mission of "intergenerational exchange" and "traditional heritage and innovation," the company uses "drama education, inheritance, and healing" as its guiding principles. Their goal is to make "drama a part of everyday life and bring people into the theater."


The company actively promotes horizontal flow and vertical integration among international culture, local values, and performing arts, linking these efforts to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as a planning concept. They aim to cultivate the public's tolerance for different cultures and broaden their perspectives.
